Liverpool Wedding for 200

Right at the heart of the Baltic Triangle, Camp & Furnace we catered for 200 guests; Our beautiful bride being the head of marketing for Island records in London her wedding was all about the music! And of course, good food!


Their venue needed to hold 200 guests, plus have a big stage and space for dancing afterwards; but being a warehouse there was not kitchen so we had to build a kitchen from scratch inside the empty warehouse, there’s nothing Tapas catering team can't do!


All food was fresh made on the day:


Canapes

  • Classic tortilla served with our popular red mojo picon sauce and alioli mayonnaise

  • Jamon croquetas

  • Gordal Olives and Cantabrico Anchovy pinchos

  • Handpicked Spanish Grilled artichokes marinated in Spanish olive oil and spices

 

Table boards

  • Jamon iberico, chorizo, salchichon, black truffle Manchego cheese and castillero del diablo cheese,

  • Membrillo and artisanal bread sticks

 

Paellas

  • Seafood

  • Meat

Desserts

  • Traditional santiago cake (grounded almonds, citrus cake) served with seasonal fruits
